01 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "puv777" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" refers to the puv777 online gaming platform operated at puv777.cam and its licensed operating entity.
• "You" / "the Player" / "the User" refers to any individual who registers an account on or accesses the puv777 platform.
• "Account" means the registered user account held by the Player on the puv777 platform.
• "Balance" / "Wallet" means the real-money PHP balance held in the Player's puv777 account, comprising deposited funds and any confirmed winnings, less losses and withdrawals.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any real-money stake placed by a Player on any game, round, or event available on the puv777 platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free spins value, or cashback amount credited to a Player's account that is subject to separate bonus terms and wagering requirements.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory authority that licenses and supervises puv777's operations.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required before withdrawal processing.
• "AML" refers to Anti-Money Laundering compliance measures applicable to all financial transactions on the platform.
• "Terms" refers to these Terms & Conditions as amended from time to time.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the puv777 platform — whether by registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a wager, or simply browsing the site — you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with the puv777 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any bonus or promotion-specific terms published on the platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and puv777. If you are acting on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to bind that party to these Terms.

03 Eligibility and Registration

To register and maintain an account on puv777, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required by PAGCOR regulations for all licensed online gaming operators in the Philippines.
• You are a natural person — not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity acting in a commercial capacity.
• You are physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming of this nature is lawful at the time of play.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of puv777 or any of its affiliated entities, nor an immediate family member thereof.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or account restriction imposed by puv777 or any regulatory body.
• You have not previously had a puv777 account terminated for a Terms violation.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities.

puv777 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time. Verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal and may be requested at any point thereafter. Acceptable identity documents include valid Philippine government-issued IDs — such as a Philippine National ID, passport, driver's licence, SSS ID, GSIS ID, or PhilHealth ID.

04 Account Management

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) account only on puv777. Duplicate accounts — whether opened intentionally or inadvertently — will be suspended upon detection, and any balance in secondary accounts may be forfeited. If you discover you have accidentally created a duplicate account, contact puv777 support immediately.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication method. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.

You must notify puv777 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account. puv777 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where the Player failed to maintain adequate credential security or delayed notification.

puv777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to circumstances involving suspected fraud, Terms violations, regulatory requirements, or Player-requested self-exclusion. Where an account is closed by puv777 for a Terms violation, any remaining balance may be held pending investigation and may be forfeited if a violation is confirmed.

05 Deposits and Withdrawals

puv777 accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, InstaPay, PesoNet, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction.

All player funds are held in segregated accounts separate from puv777's operational funds. Your deposited balance is available for withdrawal at any time, subject to the conditions below.

Withdrawal conditions:

• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• puv777 reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any withdrawal, including source-of-funds declarations for larger amounts, as required under AML obligations.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• puv777 targets GCash and Maya withdrawal processing within 10 minutes during support operating hours (daily 8 AM–midnight PST). This target is not a guarantee and may be subject to payment processor delays beyond puv777's control.
• Where a withdrawal is returned unprocessed due to incorrect account details provided by the Player, the resulting fees are the Player's responsibility.

06 Betting and Gaming Rules

All game outcomes on puv777 are determined by independently certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems. RNG certification is renewed regularly by third-party testing laboratories. The results of all confirmed wagers are final and binding.

puv777 reserves the right to void any wager placed under the following circumstances, among others:

• The wager was placed on a game that experienced a documented technical malfunction that materially affected the outcome.
• The wager was placed at a price or odd that was manifestly erroneous due to a technical error.
• The outcome of the event was already known at the time the wager was placed.
• The wager was placed using funds that have since been identified as fraudulently obtained.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. puv777 may adjust betting limits at any time without prior notice. High-value wins may be subject to manual review before payout is processed.

Live casino games hosted by third-party providers are subject to those providers' rules in addition to puv777's rules. Where there is a conflict, puv777's rules prevail to the extent permitted by the provider's operating agreement.

07 Bonuses and Promotions

puv777 offers various promotional bonuses including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin credits, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any bonus-specific terms published with the promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players only. puv777 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each promotion may be claimed once per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless otherwise specified.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated in the terms of each individual promotion.
• Games may contribute at different percentages toward wagering requirements. Live casino games, jackpot slots, and certain table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.
• puv777 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify bonus terms, or remove bonus funds from an account where abuse is suspected, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies, systematic exploitation of bonus mechanics, or collusion between players.
• Bonus funds expire after the period stated in the applicable promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are removed from the account without compensation.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the puv777 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering or using a puv777 account if you do not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information at any point during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with puv777.
• Opening or operating more than one puv777 account, or using another person's account.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal purpose.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using any software, bot, script, algorithm, or automated tool that interacts with the platform without prior written authorisation from puv777.
• Exploiting any technical error, software bug, or loophole in any game or the platform itself. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in chargebacks on deposits while retaining winnings derived from those funds.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing puv777 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content from the puv777 platform without express written permission.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the puv777 platform — including but not limited to the puv777 name and logo, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, data compilations, and the overall platform design — is the intellectual property of puv777 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the puv777 platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, copy, distribute, sell, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content.

Game titles and content provided by third-party studios remain the intellectual property of those studios. Their use on the puv777 platform is governed by licencing agreements between puv777 and those studios.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, puv777's aggregate liability to any Player arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

puv777 is not liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, anticipated savings, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from use of the platform.
• Indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages of any nature.
• Platform unavailability due to maintenance, technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events.
• Any loss arising from the Player's failure to maintain adequate account security.
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers, including GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, or other banking partners.
• Any tax obligations arising from a Player's winnings. Players are responsible for determining and fulfilling any applicable tax obligations under Philippine law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine consumer protection laws. If you are a consumer under applicable Philippine law, your statutory rights are not affected by these Terms.

11 Responsible Gaming

puv777 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and preventing problem gambling. As a PAGCOR-licensed operator, puv777 complies with all applicable responsible gaming requirements mandated by Philippine regulations.

All Players are required to acknowledge that online gaming carries financial risk and is intended solely as a form of entertainment. Gaming should never be used as a means to generate income or to recover financial losses.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all puv777 account holders and can be activated via account settings or by contacting support:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly limits on total deposits.

12 Amendments to Terms

puv777 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, puv777 will provide reasonable notice to affected Players via email to the registered account address or via a prominent notice on the platform, not less than seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate implementation is required by applicable law or regulatory directive.

If you object to any amended Terms, you must stop using the puv777 platform and may close your account by contacting support. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

The current version of these Terms, including the effective date, is always available on this page. Previous versions are retained in puv777's records and are available on request.

13 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to any conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute between you and puv777 arising from or in connection with these Terms, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through direct negotiation. A written notice of dispute must be submitted to puv777 support, setting out the nature of the dispute, the relief sought, and the factual basis for the claim.

If the dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days of receipt of the written notice, either party may submit the dispute to the competent courts located in the Philippines, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction. In matters within PAGCOR's regulatory scope, the dispute may also be referred to PAGCOR for adjudication in accordance with applicable gaming regulations.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent interlocutory or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
